Merry Christmas!
I made three posts today so scroll down to catch up. We made an awesome gingerbread house with my mom my two exchange students plus a friend. I love Gingerbread houses. The kids loved the candy.
The girls went to an asian market and came home all fired up to make real chinese food we ate egg rolls for three days straight. they were awesome.

Christmas eve dinner. We showed up at my parents house only to find their stove was broken. You gotta love pictures ability to freeze a moment in time( weather or not it is worth remembering is a different subject)

After having a PlayStation for 2 years and treating it only as a blue ray player my parents finally bought a game. Here are my parents singing . And me and Dave rockin' the dancing.

Christmas morning. Lily got all 7 of the Disney princesses.
And a horse. She was in princess heaven

Jensen got guess what? TRAINS!

The girls makin' Christmas breakfast
Lily got her presents then went down to the fire stripped her own clothes off then began stripping her barbies. Oh I love this girl.

Charley was the little scavenger. She just went around with her new walking skills picking up interesting things to eat. She loved it.
Grandma and Grandpa McDonald got the kids art kits. Jensen pulls his out at least three times a day.

Lily lives the scissors and globs of glue.

It was a "super" Christmas

Charley Walks!

And climbs stairs and goes down them. And a fun time was had by all.

Dave's brother from Illinois, and sister from Utah came over for Thanksgiving it was AWESOME. We had a ton of fun just chillin out. My two sister and laws and I and my exchange students did do an all night black Friday shopping trip that was CRAZY. These are pics from the train show.

My train boy happy as a clam

BIG BIG BIG news and blessings. Don got married to the beautiful Leslie Galan in the Mesa temple. All of my family was there. ALL six kids IN THE TEMPLE! It was beautiful.

Happy early birthday Dave.
Dave's Birthday is on the 22nd so it kind of gets shuffled in with Thanksgiving. So Dave had a party for himself. He got a couple of friends together and had a computer game LAN party.

Dave playing soccer with the kids.

And a vid of Jensen talking about one of his favorite subjects- Going to Sammy's house, in Utah.

This is Dave:

"Jensen can I play with you and your trains?"

"NoooooOOOOOOoooo!"

"Danica I think I've terrorized him so much with the threat of eating his trains that he will never play with me........I've burned my bridges!"

Jensen runs over:

"Dad, what did you do to my train bridge?"

me: /facepalm

Happy Halloween!
Here is my teaser for what we did for costumes. We cut pumpkins and what did Jensen have Dave carve? Thomas the train. SURPRISE!

And what did Lily have me carve. Cinderella. Another not so big Surprise. We didn't get anymore pumpkin pictures because 30 second later the "I'll do it myself" Jensen picked up his pumpkin to move it out side and dropped it. Oh well.

Okay so our costumes were? You guessed it Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

I made the shells out of paper mache.

At the ward Halloween party. I have high hopes every year to take home a prize. But this ward is tough competition and we haven't grabbed the prize yet.

So here is the break down. Dave- Donatello, Me- Michealangelo, Jensen -Leo, Lily- Raphael, and Charley- Little Master Splinter

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHARLEY!
One year ago today little Charlene Hazel joined our little family. Oh how we love this beautiful little girl. She is sweet and patient and full of energy. Happy birthday little one.

Angelina gave her this lollipop the size of her head!

Happy October!
I haven't updated in a while. So here is a lot of pics to get up to speed.
Grandma McDonald sent some AWESOME Halloween stuff. So we had fun decorating with it.

Lily made her ghost have a pretty dress on it:)

Our exchange students had a day off so we went on a little hike at Roxburough state park. It was beautiful.

Do you know how hard it it to get a 4yr old and a 3yr old and a 1 yr old to hold still and look at the camera when there is wilderness to look at?

We went to the zoo with some friends.

When Lily wasn't pushing this little boy Brody she was holding hand with Brylee

The moms with the strollers and the three babies.

In between conference sessions we had an awesome little picnic with my parent at a cool park with a river to play in.

And finally we babysat for our back door neighbor. This baby Sofia is ADORABLE!
